Victor J. Medina is a nationally-recognized estate planning and elder law attorney, focusing on traditional planning, asset protection, retirement distribution planning, and proactive income tax planning. Victor is the founder of Medina Law Group, and brings a family-centered approach to planning, with a focus on practical solutions for families and high-net worth individuals. He is the past president of the American Association of Trust, Estate, and Elder Law Attorneys and a frequent speaker to public and private groups on issues of estate planning, elder law, asset protection planning, and retirement planning.

Victor is married to Jennifer Medina, a school psychologist, and they are the parents of three sons. He lives and practices in Pennington, NJ.

Vincent E. Bonazzoli is the principal and sole owner of Family Estate Planning Law Group.

He received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in ’85, and his B.A. in Psychology from Wesleyan University in 1982. Currently an instructor for Boston University’s Certified Financial Planner™ program, Vinnie is a frequent lecturer and national speaker on estate, elder law and Medicaid planning techniques for attorneys, accountants, financial professionals, insurance professionals and the general public. He is also a Practice Advisor for Atticus, Inc., coaching attorneys in building sustainable, profitable law firms and supporting attorneys in achieving balance in their professional and personal lives. He has developed a unique estate planning maintenance program so that his clients’ estate and elder law plans are kept up to date.

He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association, WealthCounsel, and the Essex County Estate Planning Council, the latter of which he was President from 2005-2006.

Vinnie and his wife, Paula, reside in Swampscott. They are immensely proud of their two children, Danielle and Matthew.

Additionally, Bob is a prolific contributor to the Institute for Continuing Legal Education covering topics on Elder Law Ethics, Veteran Benefits, Law Office Management, Retirement Assets and Medicaid Planning.

Bob is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in Business Administration and Economics and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law. When not in the office, Bob enjoys running, traveling and spending time with his family.

Reuven’s passion is building and growing innovative businesses. In addition to founding Litify, Reuven serves as COO of Morgan & Morgan, a law firm with 30 offices and over 300 attorneys. At Morgan, he saw the need for a new software solution built on Salesforce to provide insights and operating efficiency to the firm. Litify was born out of John Morgan’s and Reuven’s vision to revolutionize the business of law. Reuven was previously Senior Director of Mobile for Shutterfly after selling his startup (Penguin Digital) to the company. Reuven is a Harlan Fiske Stone graduate of Columbia Law School.

Kimberly Lee, Desert Law Group

Attorney Kimberly Lee is the founder of Desert Law Group, an estate planning law firms near Palm Springs, California. In addition to managing her busy law practice, Kimberly serves as the President of the Desert Bar Association. She is also the past President of the Desert Estate Planning Council. Kimberly created the Financial Elder Abuse Initiative for the local Bar Association and is part of the Educating Senior Project under the California Lawyers Association (formerly the State Bar of California).

After graduating summa cum laude from University of La Verne, College of Law, Kimberly clerked for Justice Marvin R. Baxter at the California Supreme Court. Since her service with the Court, Kimberly has been active in her law practice which focuses on Estate Planning and Elder Law. Kimberly is a member of WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel, the Probate and Trusts Sections of the State Bar of California and the Desert Bar Association.

In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, reading, baking, and enjoying her “Not Yet” project.

Joshua O. Dorcey, Esq. founded the Dorcey Law Firm in 2007, and is the firm’s Managing Partner.
