Victor J. Medina is a nationally-recognized estate planning and elder law attorney, focusing on traditional planning, asset protection, retirement distribution planning, and proactive income tax planning. Victor has been featured on national television, The Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post, and U.S. News & World Report.

Victor is the founder of Medina Law Group, and brings a family-centered approach to planning, with a focus on practical solutions for families and high-net worth individuals. He is the past president of the American Association of Trust, Estate, and Elder Law Attorneys and a frequent speaker to public and private groups on issues of estate planning, elder law, asset protection planning, and retirement planning.

Victor is married to Jennifer Medina, a school psychologist, and they are the parents of three sons. He lives and practices in Pennington, NJ.

Vincent E. Bonazzoli is the principal and sole owner of Family Estate Planning Law Group.

He received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in `85, and his B.A. in Psychology from Wesleyan University in 1982. Currently an instructor for Boston University’s Certified Financial Planner™ program, Vinnie is a frequent lecturer and national speaker on estate, elder law and Medicaid planning techniques for attorneys, accountants, financial professionals, insurance professionals and the general public. He is also a Practice Advisor for Atticus, Inc., coaching attorneys in building sustainable, profitable law firms and supporting attorneys in achieving balance in their professional and personal lives. He has developed a unique estate planning maintenance program so that his clients’ estate and elder law plans are kept up to date.

He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association, WealthCounsel, and the Essex County Estate Planning Council, the latter of which he was President from 2005-2006.

Vinnie and his wife, Paula, reside in Swampscott. They are immensely proud of their two children, Danielle and Matthew.

Attorney Bob Mannor is a nationally respected Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Veteran Benefits Planning Attorney. He is nationally Board Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and an Accredited Attorney through the Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of General Counsel.

Bob is a Past President of the Michigan chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is currently serving as Treasurer for the Elder and Disability Rights Section of the State Bar of Michigan. Bob is a frequent speaker and author on senior legal issues, providing Continuing Education Credits to social workers and nursing home administrators. Additionally, Bob is a prolific contributor to the Institute for Continuing Legal Education covering topics on Elder Law Ethics, Veteran Benefits, Law Office Management, Retirement Assets and Medicaid Planning.

Bob is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in Business Administration and Economics and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law. When not in the office, Bob enjoys running, traveling and spending time with his family.

Reuven’s passion is building and growing innovative businesses. In addition to founding Litify, Reuven serves as COO of Morgan & Morgan, a law firm with 30 offices and over 300 attorneys. At Morgan, he saw the need for a new software solution built on Salesforce to provide insights and operating efficiency to the firm. Litify was born out of John Morgan’s and Reuven’s vision to revolutionize the business of law. Reuven was previously Senior Director of Mobile for Shutterfly after selling his startup (Penguin Digital) to the company. Reuven is a Harlan Fiske Stone graduate of Columbia Law School.

Attorney Kimberly Lee is the founder of Desert Law Group, an estate planning law firms near Palm Springs, California. In addition to managing her busy law practice, Kimberly serves as the President of the Desert Bar Association. She is also the past President of the Desert Estate Planning Council. Kimberly created the Financial Elder Abuse Initiative for the local Bar Association and is part of the Educating Senior Project under the California Lawyers Association (formerly the State Bar of California).

After graduating summa cum laude from University of La Verne, College of Law, Kimberly clerked for Justice Marvin R. Baxter at the California Supreme Court. Since her service with the Court, Kimberly has been active in her law practice which focuses on Estate Planning and Elder Law. Kimberly is a member of WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel, the Probate and Trusts Sections of the State Bar of California and the Desert Bar Association.

In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, reading, baking, and enjoying her “Not Yet” project.

Joshua O. Dorcey, Esq. founded the Dorcey Law Firm in 2007, and is the firm’s Managing Partner. He graduated from Samford University with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Communication Studies. Mr. Dorcey received his Juris Doctorate from Liberty University School of Law with a focus on Estate Planning and Transactional Services and received the award for the top transactional student in the school. He is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Alabama and has helped thousands of families establish and maintain their personal estate plan. Prior to opening the firm he worked at the premier real estate and business litigation firm in Fort Myers. Josh’s family homesteaded in southwest Florida in 1913 and he is the 4th generation of his family living in Lee County. Mr. Dorcey’s vision for the Dorcey Law Firm, PLC is for the firm to be transformational and process driven with a focus on going over and above the industry standard when taking care of our clients, their families and their businesses.

James P. Joseph leads one of Long Island’s top boutique matrimonial law firms, with a record of successes and a well-known commitment to their clients and to divorce law. Focused and hard-working, Joseph says his firm never loses sight of its goal: obtaining an equitable resolution for clients without inflicting unnecessary financial and emotional damage on the family.

At Hofstra Law School, Joseph distinguished himself for his involvement in trial advocacy work and upon graduation was honored with both the New York State Bar Association Law Student Legal Ethics Award and the Hofstra Law Service to the School Award. His continuing commitment to the highest standard of ethical behavior has been recognized with his appointments to both the Grievance Committee and the Judiciary Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association.

In his second year after law school James joined a firm with a significant matrimonial law practice. For the next several years he focused primarily on matrimonial law. (This time included a period in which he served in the New York State Senate as Chief Counsel to an old friend, Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr.).

In 1998, he decided to launch his own practice – a decision that reflected an intensity and ambition many attorneys do not possess. “I have very high professional standards and only through my own firm could I ensure that my staff and my associates shared these standards.” Today, Joseph Law Group, P.C., has five attorneys and a support staff of five and practices solely in the areas of divorce and family law.

Born in Manhattan and raised on Long Island, where he continues to reside, James and his wife have two children.

Dayn Holstrom has distinguished himself and his team as the number one family law firm in Orange County, Riverside, and San Bernardino. His commitment to excellence is evident throughout his numerous lifetime achievements. While attending Western State University College of Law, he received the American Jurisprudence Award for the highest achievement in a specific subject 17 times, more than any other student. He was Editor and Chief of the Western State University Law Review and Director of the School’s Don Program for tutoring other students. Dayn Holstrom was Valedictorian, and graduated summa cum laude with the highest GPA in the history of the school.

Attorney Holstrom was admitted to practice law on June 11, 1990. Thomas Tona currently represents hundreds of healthcare providers and injured parties seeking reimbursement of wrongly denied no-fault claims. Each year his firm resolves in excess of 5,000 no-fault collection claims that have been wrongly denied by insurance carriers.

Tom also represents injured clients in a wide variety of personal injury accident cases and civil litigation clients when they have a legal dispute with another party over monies owed.

Stuart R. Morris founded Morris Law Group, in 1991. Mr. Morris practices in the following areas of Law: Estate and Gift Tax Planning; Wills and Trusts; Business Structuring and Succession Planning; Asset Preservation Planning; Domestic and International Tax Planning; Probate and Trust Administration; and Special Needs Planning.

Mr. Morris graduated with Honors from the University of Florida, where he received his undergraduate and master’s degrees in Accounting, and his degree in Law. In addition to being Board Certified by The Florida Bar in wills, trusts and estates, Mr. Morris is a Certified Public Accountant.
